GZ Motors attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse or driving the Scooter out of our retail stores. We strongly suggest to our customers, please inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the vehicle is damaged during the shipping or the time you bought it, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with free replacements parts, & free live telephone technical support within the 30 days warranty period. HOWEVER, if you insist to return the product – Remember! All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from GZ Motors. All returns must be pre-authorized by GZ Motors personnel. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please call us at 1-916-686-0097. Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the product or item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty documents, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. We will not accept any scooter returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, AND you may contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles. |
